Things this address cannot help with: obtaining Foundry or Brocade firmware, documentation PDFs or support (the site does not hold them; see the acquisition page for where the product lines went), buying or valuing hardware, or configuring your network for you.

There is no contact form on purpose: no form means nothing to submit, nothing to store and nothing to leak. Messages are read by a person and deleted when resolved.
